About Me

5 years ago, I was frustrated and tired with the state of health. I had chronic gut issues, hormonal complaints, fatigue and did not feel myself. I approached the medical system multiple times and was repeatedly handed pharmaceuticals which gave me no relief. I felt like another person in the system, not listened to and certainly not empowered in my journey.

This led me to pursue naturopathy which opened my eyes to the realm of natural medicine. Through this approach I was able to learn how to improve my digestive health, get symptom free periods by syncing with my menstrual cycle and I feel the best I have ever felt. My own health journey led me to study naturopathy in the hope that I could support women on similar journeys.
Often the clients I work with have tried everything, or seen multiple practitioners yet don't feel seen or heard. I have a more holistic approach to persistent health conditions that have not responded to conventional treatments.
My vision is that women can work with me, and feel seen and understood. That they can leave our time working together feeling educated and empowered in their knowledge. That they form a deep connection with their intuition and know how to nourish themselves throughout the different seasons of their menstrual cycle.
I take a holistic approach to treatment, by focusing first on the fundamentals to health, addressing mindset challenges and supporting my clients every step of the way.
